Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During new collection launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Pearl + Palm is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location.
• Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
